Paul has frequently appeared in broadcast and print media in the UK and overseas. He has been an invited guest on TV channels including BBC Breakfast, Al Jazeera, France24 and iTele (France). His radio work includes interviews on the BBC World Service, BBC Scotland and other local BBC stations, Newstalk Ireland and stations in India, Pakistan and Armenia. He has written op-ed pieces and been quoted in the Financial Times, Le Monde, Reuters, EuroNews, Times Higher Education and press outlets across Europe, South America and Asia.
Biography
Paul James Cardwell is Professor of Law and Vice Dean (Education) at King's College London. He studied Law and Politics in the UK, France and Japan. His primary research areas are the external relations of the EU (including sanctions, democracy promotion and Neighbourhood Policy), migration governance and Brexit. He has also researched the academic impact of the Erasmus programme. He has over 100 books, journal articles and other publications in his areas of expertise.
