UACES and Routledge are looking for a team of up to three new series editors for their successful Contemporary European Studies Series. The editorships will run for three years from 1 March 2027, with an option to extend for a further two years if mutually agreeable.
About the Book Series
The Contemporary European Studies book series is an internationally renowned outlet for the publication of first-rate research in European Union Studies. It aims to reflect the fast moving and multifaceted character of the European Union as a political, economic, social, cultural, security, and technological actor and to represent novel and diverse approaches to European Union Studies.
Over 80 titles have been published since the series’ inception, covering a wide range of topics. You can find out more about the series here: https://www.routledge.com/RoutledgeUACES-Contemporary-European-Studies/book-series/UACES.
The new series editors will need to have some experience in editing and will come from a range of disciplinary backgrounds. Relevant editorial experience could include editing an edited volume or guest editing a special issue of a journal – we do not require applicants to have previously edited a book series.
