Call to Host UACES Annual Conference
UACES is looking for a host for our 56th Annual Conference in 2026.
Potential hosts for the 2026 conference will need to be able to accommodate c. 400 participants over 3 days. Recent hosts have included Queen's University Belfast (2023), ESPOL (2022) and University of Lisbon (2019).

How to Apply
Applying to host the UACES annual conference is a three-step process:
- In the first instance, please complete and submit the Expression of Interest form by 30 September 2023.
- Our Committee will then invite some of the Applicants to submit the more detailed application form which you can download here. The deadline is 31 January 2024
- Finally, for the applications that we are still considering, we will undertake site visits during Spring 2024.
Whilst only some applicants will be invited to submit the Application form, we have made it available in advance, as it provides some indication of what we are looking for, and allows you to prepare in anticipation of positive interest from the UACES Committee.
NB: We plan to host the 2026 annual conference outside the UK. UK-based universities should consider applying next year, to host 2027 instead.
