In November 2014, Germany and the UK launched a new policy initiative - a Reform Agenda for BiH - intended to facilitate structural socio-economic reforms for Bosnia and Herzegovina that could be supported by the EU and endorsed by the entire political spectrum in BiH. The speakers will discuss the progress that has been made, identify obstacles that still remain, highlight failures, and recommend ways to move forward.
