By Train

Travelling from London to Amsterdam on the Eurostar is a seamless and efficient experience, taking you from city centre to city centre in just under 4 hours.

Begin your journey at London St Pancras International, a historic 19th-century station located in the heart of London. Enjoy a direct train from London to Amsterdam. Your train arrives at Amsterdam Centraal Station, situated in the heart of the city and well connected to the city via the tram network. It is within walking distance of the popular Jordaan district, canal belt, and the old centre.

If the direct train times don't suit your schedule, consider going to Brussels-Midi/Zuid and changing to a Eurostar train on their expanded network through Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany for the remainder of the journey. By Plane

Arrival by plane at Amsterdam is both convenient and well-organised, with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol being the primary international airport in the Netherlands, situated approximately 20 kilometres from the city.

The airport serves over 90 airlines, including budget airlines like EasyJet and Ryanair. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines operates from Schiphol, offering a vast network of European and intercontinental destinations.

Schiphol train station is directly underneath the airport. Trains from Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch Railways - NS) can take you to Amsterdam Central Station, Amsterdam Zuid (World Trade Centre), and Amsterdam RAI (conference centre).
