PhD in European Politics at the Department of International, European and Area Studies, Panteion University of Social & Political Sciences (Greece). Thesis: Frontex & the Evolution of European Border Control: A Cultural Approach, MSc Econ in Security Studies, Aberystwyth University (U.K.) & B.A. in International & European Studies, University of Piraeus (Greece), Academic Fellow at Athens University of Economics and Business (Greece), Module leader in 'The Diplomatic System of the EU' & 'International Organizations'. Postdoctoral researcher at National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece), Project: Frontex & border control beyond EU borders.
