Expert on Europe

Dr. Inga Ulnicane has extensive international and interdisciplinary experience in research, teaching and engagement, in particular in the field of governance, politics and policies of science, technology and innovation. She has worked on topics such as international research collaboration, European Research Area, research infrastructures, Artificial Intelligence and dual use. In addition to academic research, she has also conducted commissioned studies for the European Parliament and European Commission. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the ECPR Standing Group Knowledge Politics and Policies.
