Expert on Europe

Birgit Bujard is the executive manager at the Institute for Political Science and European Affairs of the University of Cologne, Germany. Her research focuses particularly on British European Policy, Brexit and the EU-UK relationship. In 2018 she published "The British Prime Minister in the Core Executive - Political Leadership in British European Policy" (Springer). She also regularly gives lectures and talks in civic education with a focus on Brexit and the EU-UK relationship.
