Seraina is an assistant professor of financial market law at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, where she teaches and conducts research in finance law, EU/EEA law and public law more generally. Seraina is the author of one of the very first monographs on cross-border bank resolution and burden sharing in the European Union, published by Kluwer Law International in early 2014, and a number of scholarly articles in the field. She is regularly invited to present her research at European and international institutions, including the ECB, ESM and IMF.
