Biography
Tom Hashimoto, LL.M., DPhil (Oxon) is Associate Professor in international and regional economics at Vilnius University. He specialises in financial centre development (including the rise of FinTech, post-COVID labour market, ethics and AI), focusing on Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics. He is also an experienced consultant and executive coach for SME cross-border expansion and inter-generational communication.
