The Centre for European Law was established in July 2006 as part of the development of the Faculty of Law Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg. It concentrates the research activities of the University of Luxembourg in the field of EU law.It is in an ideal position to foster research and learning in the area of EU law, making use of its proximity to the European Court of Justice and other European institutions, the government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as well as Luxembourg center of international financial and economic law.
