Proposals (of 4-5 pages) should include:

• a description and outline programme for the proposed event/s;
• a list of the policy-makers present at the original event that would be invited to take part;
• information on who will provide the administrative support to deliver the event;
• a media and dissemination strategy;
• a budget.

The link to the historical event or landmark around which your proposal revolves and its continued relevance should be explicit. The innovative thinking that distinguishes your proposal as being more than an academic event should be emphasised.

Deadline

The deadline for submission is strictly Monday 02 December 2013.

Read your proposal - does it sound like a traditional academic event? If the answer is no, please send it in.
