UACES Fellowships
Fellowships were introduced to provide an opportunity for established researchers with a University position to undertake research in another country.
The 2007 UACES Fellowships were funded by UACES and the European Commission. Due to a change in their funding priorities, there is no co-funding available from the European Commission for the Fellowship scheme in 2008. As a consequence, the Fellowship scheme will be put on hold for the time being; we hope to be in a position to offer Fellowships again at some point in the future.
The UACES Fellows for 2007 are:
| Name | Home University | Host University | |
| Antonis Antoniadis | Durham University | European University Institute | Antoniadis Report |
| Tim Haughton | The University of Birmingham | Comenius University, Slovakia | Haughton Report |
| Mary Murphy | University College Cork | Queen’s University Belfast | Murphy Report |
