Adam Kirpsza is the lecturer in the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science, an MA in International Relations, and an MA in Law from the Jagiellonian University. His dissertation received prizes for the best Ph.D. thesis awarded by the Polish Prime Minister, the Polish Political Science Association, and the Polish European Studies Association, and was published in 2016 as Jak negocjować w Brussels? Proces podejmowania decyzji w Unii Europejskiej (How to negotiate in Brussels? Decision-making in the European Union). He is the principal investigator of three research grants awarded by the Polish National Science Center and the Polish-German Foundation for Science. His research focuses on the European Union, decision-making and negotiation, quantitative methods, EU law as well as public policy.
