The registration fee includes lunch on Monday and Tuesday and coffee breaks throughout the three-day conference.

Accommodation is NOT included as part of the Registration Fee. To find out about the accommodation available in Leeds, follow this link.

You can pay online securely with a credit or debit card via Google or Paypal payment services, or you can request an invoice. If your Institution is paying, and you request an invoice, please check first that you are following their correct Purchase Order and Invoicing procedures.

If you pay online via Google or Paypal, UACES will also send you a sales receipt by post.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner is NOT included as part of the Registration Fee, but can be booked by completing this section of the registration form. The dinner costs 50 GBP per person and will be held in the Leeds City Museum on Tuesday 3 September 2013.

There are a limited number of places for the Conference Dinner. We can only accept bookings for the dinner until Monday 19 August 2013.

Excursion to Saltaire

On Wednesday afternoon, there is an opportunity for a half-day excursion to the village of Saltaire. The tour costs 15 GBP per person and is subject to a minimum of 20 tickets being sold in advance.
