Night in the Museum

Join us for dinner in the central Arena of Leeds City Museum. The evening will begin with a reception in the Leeds Gallery.

Booking

The dinner costs 50 GBP per person and can be booked when you register for the conference.

The deadline for booking a place at the dinner is Monday 19 August 2013.

Menu

Starter: Oak smoked salmon with a potato and shallot salad, devilled quails' eggs, dill pickle and roast beetroot

Vegetarian Starter: Layered tomatoes with basil and buffalo mozzarella, basil cress and black olive oil

Main: Confit leg of free range Yorkshire chicken, sunblush tomato, basil and pancetta mash, green beans with pine nuts and lemon and a warm pesto dressing

Vegetarian Main: Fresh cannelloni stuffed with iman bialdi aubergine, tomato, pea and mint served with a lemon and olive sauce

Dessert: Madagascan vanilla cheesecake served with blueberry compote

Tea and coffee served with mint creams
