Conference Reception and Dinner

This year's conference dinner takes place at the Manggha Museum. Situated along the banks of the Vistula River, it will provide a wonderful setting for our event on this late summer's evening. The evening will begin with a drinks reception followed by a three course meal and tea and coffee, and includes our annual UACES Awards Ceremony, where we celebrate the achievements of our members.

Starter: Smoked goose breast with Cumberland sauce, pomegranate seeds, marinated pear and fresh thyme
Vegetarian Starter: Traditional "bundz" eve's milk cheese with fresh tomatoes and parsley pesto with hazelnuts
Main Course: Guinea fowl breast with cherry sauce served with millet and red cabbage with cranberries
Vegetarian Main Course: Savoy cabbage stuffed with buckwheat and wild mushrooms served with mushroom sauce
Dessert: Delicate cheesecake with blackberry jelly and fresh blackberries served with pitaja fruit
