Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received on Monday 26 July 2010 or earlier, we will refund 100% of any monies received and/or will cancel any outstanding invoices.

 

For cancellations received from Tuesday 27 July 2010 to Monday 30 August 2010, we will refund monies received but will deduct a £25 administration fee.

 

We would not normally offer a refund for any cancellations received after Monday 30 August 2010.

 

All outstanding invoices should be settled by Monday 26 July 2010.

 

Up to 6 weeks before the event Monday 26 July 2010 or earlier 100% refund
1 to 6 weeks before the event Tuesday 27 July 2010 to Monday 30 August 2010 100% refund minus a £25 administration fee

 

Substitutions may be made free of charge.

 

Note: the registration fees are in pounds sterling. This means that if you use a non-UK credit or debit card, the amount you pay will depend on the prevailing exchange rate. However, any refunds that we process will also be in pounds sterling and will also depend on the prevailing exchange rate. When exchange rates are relatively stable, the discrepancies in the amounts are usually trivial; when exchange rates are fluctuating the amounts can be more significant (i.e. the amount you are refunded may be less than the amount you paid).
