Panel Proposal for Bruges

Panel Proposals should be submitted by the person organising the panel using the online form below. The Panel Organiser should collect all the required information on behalf of the paper-givers. Paper-givers on pre-organised panels do not need to submit anything directly to UACES.

If you are organising a panel, please do make the paper-givers aware that there are registration fees to attend the conference before including their papers in your Panel Proposal.

 

We prefer Panel Proposals with four papers and a Chair (with the Chair expected to act as a Discussant). You can include a separate Discussant if you prefer. If there is no Discussant listed separately, it is assumed that the Chair will fulfil this role.

 

For our purposes, the Panel Organiser is simply a contact person for any queries relating to the panel. They will not be acknowledged directly in the conference literature unless they are also a Paper-Giver, a Chair or a Discussant.
