College of Europe Halls of Residence

Accommodation in seven of the College's Halls of Residence is now available to book.
SORRY - FULLY BOOKED - THERE ARE NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE AT THE COLLEGE OF EUROPE HALLS OF RESIDENCE
Rooms are single and en-suite. They cost 20 euros per night, including breakfast.
The rooms will be available on a first-come, first served basis. They are available for a maximum of three nights on Sunday 5 Sept, Monday 6 September and Tuesday 7 September. Check-out is by Wednesday 8 September at 10:00.
The Residences are all situated within a 15-20 minute walk of the conference venue. As the Residences do not have 24 hour reception areas, hours for the collection of keys will be restricted, and the recommended time to pick up your key is expected to be between 14:00 - 21:00 on Sunday 5 September. Please pick up your keys from the information desk at the Verversdijk campus, foyer of building A.
Early cancellations (up until 5 June 2010) will not be charged. After this, the full amout remains payable.
Rooms must be paid in advance, and must be paid by bank transfer to the College of Europe (NB not to UACES). Credit card payments cannot be made. Payment details will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. Please use your name and "UACES Conference" as a reference for on your bank transfer to the College of Europe.
To reserve your room, please email Ms Rina Balbaert , Secretary of the Political Department of the College of Europe, giving your name, address, the number of nights you wish to book for (and the dates if less than three nights). She will then send you payment details.
There is a downloadable map of Bruges showing the location of the Residences, and a close-up map of the centre is also available including pictures. (You may need to rotate this document).
A local accommodation agency, 'Meeting in Brugge', has negotiated favourable rates for single and double en-suite rooms in several hotels in Bruges. They are all within a 15 minute walk of the College of Europe.
