Getting to Belfast

Belfast is very well connected, served by two airports: George Best Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport which are both linked to the city by regular bus services. Dublin International Airport is located approximately 100 miles to the south, with easy connections.

All major UK cities fly to Belfast, and Dublin is just a couple of hours drive away.

There are also many options if you are avoiding air travel. For example, if you will be travelling from the UK, this page contains routes that avoid air travel: https://www.seat61.com/NorthernIreland.htm#route

There are fast ferry services multiple times per day (e.g. Stena Line and P&O Ferries) from Northern Ireland to Scotland and England. The two main Belfast routes are from Liverpool and Cairnryan. An alternative route runs from Holyhead to Dublin, which is a couple of hours drive away.
