For cancellations received on Thursday 23 July 2009 or earlier, we will refund 100% of any monies received and/or will cancel any outstanding invoices.

For cancellations received from Friday 24 July 2009 to Thursday 26 August 2009, we will refund monies received but will deduct a £25 administration fee.

We would not normally offer a refund for any cancellations received after Thursday 26 August 2009.

All outstanding invoices should be settled by Thursday 23 July 2009.

Substitutions may be made free of charge.

Note: the registration fees are in pounds sterling. This means that if you use a non-UK credit or debit card, the amount you pay will depend on the prevailing exchange rate. If you are from a Euro country, this will probably be to your favour (as of Jan 09). However, any refunds that we process will also be in pounds sterling and will also depend on the prevailing exchange rate. When exchange rates are relatively stable, the discrepancies in the amounts are usually trivial; when exchange rates are fluctuating the amounts are more significant (i.e. the amount you are refunded may be less than the amount you paid).
