Many in the press may be unaware of the impact they have upon the academic community, and the existence of UACES as an extensive, non-partisan and institutionally neutral association of expertise on European issues. The UACES-Thomson Reuters ‘Reporting Europe’ Prize acknowledges high quality, informed journalism on any aspect of the EU from either a positive or critical perspective.

The Prize, which is worth £500, is awarded annually.
