Lesson Learning in Environmental Policy: the Role of the EU

This UACES sponsored workshop will be held on Thursday - Friday, 22-23 June 2000 at the University of Edinburgh.  The workshop aims to provide a forum for a structured but informal discussion among academics working in the area of the proposed topic. The workshop will have three sessions, each featuring a lead discussion paper:

Lesson learning and policy transfer: conceptual clarity? (Thurs afternoon)
Learning and transfer in the environmental policy sphere (Friday AM)
Learning and transfer: the role of the EU (Friday AM/PM)

We do not need paper givers or discussants, but do encourage any UACES colleague wishing to attend to contact the organiser at the address below. Places are limited.
