This final UACES-sponsored workshop will focus on the issues scheduled for debate as part of the post-Nice agenda and the 2004 IGC: delimitation of powers; the status of the Charter of Fundamental Rights; simplification of the Treaties; and the role of national parliaments in the European architecture.
