Christopher Haskins delivered a UACES Lecture entitled 'CAP Reform: A Watershed for the European Union?'. Lord Haskins of Skidby is a Crossbench Peer and Chairman of the European Movement and has a background in farming and business.
The lecture was organised by with the support of the Europa Institute, University of Edinburgh, and the School of Public Policy, University College London.
This lecture was the second UACES Lecture on the Future of Europe. The first UACES Lecture was given by European Commissioner Peter Mandelson in Brussels in 2005.
