Please note that accommodation bookings are being handled by Limerick Travel, not UACES.

The Registration Fee includes a reception on the Friday evening, lunches and daytime refreshments. It does not include accommodation, breakfast or evening meals.

Please read the Cancellation Policy below which applies to the registration fees for this conference. Cancellations before Thursday, 20th July 2006 will be refunded in full.

The Conference Dinner and Reception on Thursday 31st August 2006 will be a ticket only event and is not included in the registration fee. It takes place at the Castletroy Park Hotel. If you would like to attend, you can book a place using the Registration Form above.

The deadline to register for this conference is Friday 11th August 2006. Any late registrations are not likely to appear on the delegates list in the programme.

Day rates, to attend the conference, are available on request.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for the conference registration fee and for dinner bookings is:

0 to 3 weeks before the event	after Wed 9th August 2006	No refund
3 to 6 weeks before the event	after Wed 19th July 2006 before Thu 10th August 2006	50% refund
6 weeks before the event	before Thu 20th July 2006	100% refund

Substitutions may be made.
