Further details are on the booking form, but a single room for example will cost 47 euros per night. Most delegates will be staying for at least two nights, depending on their travel arrangements: Thursday 31st and Friday 1st.

Dromroe Village is on campus just 200 metres from the main University buildings. This new complex is situated on 600 acres of parkland in a quaint village setting comprising terrace-style apartments. Each apartment has six bedrooms and a communal living room and kitchen, cable television, a card telephone. Each bedroom has an individual door lock, a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), desk and a bathroom (with shower) en-suite. Bed linen and towels are supplied and there is a daily cleaning service. Breakfast is delivered to each apartment in the evening for the following morning. The houses have wheelchair accessibility and free parking. The village has a grocery store, launderette and café.
On the campus map, Dromroe Village is No. 12 (on the University side of the bridge). The conference venue is the Main University building.
