The Registration Fee includes a reception on the Sunday evening, lunch and daytime refreshments on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It does not include accommodation, breakfast or evening meals. The programme this year is very full, beginning on Sunday and lasts for four days.

Please read the full Cancellation Policy for this conference. Cancellations before Monday 25th July 2005 will not attract any charges.

The Conference Dinner and Reception on Tuesday 6th will be a ticket only event and is not included in the registration fee. It takes place in the beautiful Regent Esplanade Hotel. We are expecting 300+ delegates to be attending this conference, and as there are only 210 places available at the dinner, tickets will be sold in strict sequential order.

The deadline to register for this conference is Friday 12th August 2005. Any late registrations are not likely to appear on the delegates list in the programme. There has been strong interest in this conference, and in the event of a sell-out, it is possible that we will close registrations in advance of the advertised date, so please register as early as possible to avoid missing out altogether.

A reception, hosted jointly by the British Council and the British Embassy, will be held on the evening of Sunday 4th September. We will be contacting all registered delegates by email in advance of the conference to ask if they will be attending the event. The event is free, but we will need to supply an attendance list.
