Ecotourism Day Trip to a Country Restaurant set on a Farm surrounded by Vineyards
Sunday Lunch with Traditional Home Cooked Food and Local Wine

A trip to experience home cooked food and local wine at the Kezele Family Restaurant in Sumecani, a village on the slopes of Moslavacka mountain. Travel will be by coach leaving from close to the Dubrovnik Hotel (just off the main square in Zagreb) at 11:00 on Sunday morning. After a journey through the Croatian countryside you will arrive at around midday at the picturesque Kezele Family Restaurant. You will be served with a delicious lunch of traditional Croatian food (soup, several main dishes, salads and deserts) with the hosts serving local wine.

You will also have time to walk around the scenic grounds in which the farm and vineyard are situated. There is an exhibition of traditional household and farming objects and a range of locally produced crafts and souvenirs available in a small shop. There is also a wine cellar where you can purchase local wine. This trip comes highly recommended for those arriving early in Zagreb and who would like the opportunity to experience the hospitality of Croatia, its wines, food and local people.
