The 2003 Greek EU Presidency: Between Disintegration and Consensus Building

The conference will review the performance of the Greek Presidency and will revisit the main themes that dominated its agenda. In keeping with the format of previous UACES conferences on the Presidency of the Council, the conference will attract a mix of speakers who will comment on both the practical aspects of running the Greek Presidency as well as on the progress achieved across different policy sectors.
