Spain’s third presidency of the European Union has come at a time of important challenges for both Spain and the EU. In seeking to evaluate both its immediate and longer term significance, the conference will focus on key themes amenable to Spanish initiation. A distinctive feature will be the discussion of academic papers by policy practitioners from Spain.
