The aim of this UACES sponsored conference is to examine some of the main issues dealt with by the Finnish Presidency during the latter half of 1999, and to gain a Finnish perspective on some of these questions.
The conference is organised by the Dept of Politics & Philosohy and the Centre for Research in International Security (CRIS) at Manchester Metropolitan University, with UACES as a co-sponsor.
